As our HR Business Partner based at our Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg you will have a central role in supporting local and international leaders in their people priorities and talent agenda. By providing HR expertise, coaching and guidance to managers in their leadership you will make an impact on both team and individual level. You will drive and execute HR projects in line with our people agenda as well as working on the continuous development of our HR function.
The position is based at our new Nordic Business Center in Gothenburg and reports to our Vice President HR Global Commercial & Nordics. You will be part of a Nordic HR team consisting of 25 committed, engaged and collaborative colleagues with high standards who believe in team spirit and caring for each other. Since we are an international company, you can expect to collaborate globally with HR colleagues and Nouryon leaders around the world.
