Global Delivery Manager Workplace Services

The Delivery Manager WPS is responsible for ensuring that teams and service providers deliver services as per agreed budget and performance levels, contribute to and incorporate these services in the end-to-end delivery to the business customers.  

This position is part of the Global Microsoft and Workplace Services team that is tasked with providing Nouryon users with a portfolio of efficient, robust, and secure infrastructure and platform services. We aim to provide the most productive experience for our users and their business.   

In your future role as Global Delivery Manager WPS you will  

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery and service management of digital workplace solutions, encompassing platforms, hardware, applications, contracts, vendors, reporting, and service handover  
• Managing Nouryon M365 and other platforms, along with application packaging  
• Ensuring prompt resolution of cross-platform issues to enhance service excellence.  
• Handling financial management of all digital services.  
• Efficiently handling service requests, incidents, and change requests. Enhancing user satisfaction and business perception.  
• Managing work instructions, schedules, and resources for effective service delivery.  
• Cultivating relationships with key users and improving the Key User network.  
• Monitoring IT Service Management processes and ensuring adherence to service level targets.  
• Promoting business continuity and user satisfaction globally.  
• Driving knowledge management and service adoption.  
• Managing escalations related to service offerings.  

We believe you bring  

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field  
• Solid understanding and experience of managing cloud service delivery, Microsoft platforms, technologies, and Agile methodologies.  
• Understand modern workplace ecosystems  
• Project management/program management experience and work in a global environment (multinational companies) 
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management, ability to influence internal and external parties, and vendor management  
• Experience on solving for WPS challenges  
• Fluent in English
