Join our fantastic HR team as Executive Assistant to the Executives in Human Resources in Sweden and play a key role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly with a focus on serving customers. In your future role as Executive Assistant HR you will

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President Human Resources Commercial and Nordics and the Vice President Talent Management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the HR leadership team.
  • Support in analyzing HR data and reporting as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and presentations.
  • Handle incoming emails and other communications on behalf of the HR executives.
  • Coordinate and organize events managed by HR, training sessions, and employee activities.
  • Manage expense reports and process invoices related to HR activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
     

We believe you bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, structural, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and experience working in an international environment and with global stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to be proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
     

Great if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in working in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
