About the job:

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to keep our operations running smoothly while making sure everything stays on track with our Quality Management System (SGC). In this role, you’ll lead a team, ensure production targets are met, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, this might be the perfect fit for you!

In your future role as a Production Supervisor you will:

• Lead and organize a team of direct and indirect reports to keep production efficient and on schedule
• Ensure compliance with best manufacturing practices and quality standards, including Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA)
• Monitor equipment logs, take corrective actions, and request maintenance when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured work environment
• Support employee training, including safety procedures and operational best practices
• Monitor production data in SAP (when applicable) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
• Drive continuous improvement by applying Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and supporting preventive actions
• Participate in safety brigades, fire drills, evacuations, and first aid training

We believe you bring:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to pass a medical exam (physical fitness required)
• Strong leadership skills to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment
• Experience with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and their application in manufacturing
• Experience working with SAP (a plus!)

Good to know:

This is a full-time, onsite position at our Los Reyes plant, reporting directly to the Production Superintendent in Mexico.
