Innovative solutions through strategic partnerships

We have formed partnerships with several startups and other companies to pursue innovative solutions, including IMCD for our lubricant and fuel solutions, Renewcell on sustainable textile recycling; Itaconix for bio-based polymers; Avantium for chemicals from wood; a strategic investment in  Icos Capital Fund IV to explore a wide range of start-ups and budding technologies pertinent to our primary markets, with a particular emphasis on accelerating sustainability.

We have established partnerships with premier learning institutions and universities worldwide, facilitating internships, talent acquisition, research collaborations, and continuous learning and development opportunities for our existing workforce.
