One employee who exemplifies our commitment to leading the way is Nadima Simon.

Nadima is an Account Manager in Surface Chemistry focused on oil field and cleaning applications for customers in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. When we asked her who she was inspired by, she said her grandmother – and what followed was a story that defies stereotypes and spans continents and several generations.
