Alcosperse® 459 is a polyacrylic acid which is suggested for use as a detergent additive.   The appearance of Alcosperse® 459 is normally hazy until formulated in an application.   The molecular weight of Alcosperse® 459 is approximately 5000, as determined by comparative GPC versus polyacrylate standards.
