Cadox® M-50a VRN is a special purpose catalyst including a Vanishing Red Indicator System used for curing promoted unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature. This highly reactive catalyst provides a fast gel time and with a red indicating dye which allows the user to follow the cure by color.

Applications
Cadox® M-50a VRN is a special purpose catalyst for the room temperature cure of promoted unsaturated polyester resins. Cadox® M-50a VRN has a high MEKP monomer content which provides reduced cure times in most resin systems. The vanishing red indicator offers all the advantages of a red MEKP without affecting the color of the final cured part. The red is there when you need it, but not in the finished product. Visualize Hot & Cold Spots, Shrinkage Problems, Mass Effects, Thermal Effects of fillers, the Optimal Time to Trim Parts and Dead Flow Zones in applications like Vacuum Infusion.
