High performing, non-sensitizing biocide

Registered and available in South America, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Triameen® Y12D is a highly effective biocidal amine with broad spectrum microbiocidal properties. It's excellent for use against:

  • Coronavirus (test details available upon request)
  • Mycobacteria 
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa compared to quaternary ammonium compounds (quats)
  • Influenza virus H1N1
  • Pseudomonas aeruginosa at short contact time

Suitable for disinfecting food contact surfaces

Usual concentrations are safe regarding indirect food contact. No MRL (Maximum Residue Limit).

Suitable for preservation of technical products

Free of aldehydes and halogens, not a sensitizer, and on the BfR recommendations for Food Contact Materials.

Triameen® Y12D is not a quat

Therefore, it offers reliable compatibility with anionics.
