About the job

 

  • Maintaining the good relationship with existing customers and developing new customers.
  • Making the sales strategies to achieve the sales target, work with the team and bring in the technical support from other regions 

 

In your future role as “ Account Manager” you will

 

        Key Accountabilities

  •   Achieving Sales Budget (Sales)
  • Making sales Budget
  • Planning and practicing sales activity to achieve sales budget
  • Maintaining existing customer (Sales, Technical service)
  • -     Monitoring delivery order from existing customers and keep contact closely them not to miss any change and new opportunity (Sales)
  • -     Proposing a solution for a problem together with Marketing, TDM or R&D team (Technical service)
  • Development new customers (Sales, Marketing)
  • -     Find new distributor, sales channel (Sales)
  • -     Making presentation to new customer and promoting our product (Marketing)
  • -     Negotiating sales condition (Sales)
  • Forecasting customer demand (S&OP)  (Sales)
  •  -     Input customer demand information into Arkieva until due date and try to get more accurate information from customers
  • Reporting (Sales)
  • -     Reporting activity report to supervisor in the beginning of next month
  • Collecting Market information (Marketing)
  • -     Collecting competitor’s information
  • -     Collecting new market information

        Key Activities

  • Develop, manage and ensure realization of sales for the assigned accounts
  • Achieve annual sales results and business growth versus an annual plan from the established customer base
  • Define opportunities for new business as part of detailed account planning and sales forecasting
  • Establish and build senior-level relationships with key decision makers and buyers
  • Understand and assess customers’ needs, business objectives, strategies and build compelling customer value propositions representing our portfolio
  • Serve as a lead contracts negotiator on commercial terms
  • Serve as the customer ambassador, trusted advisor and advocate into the Nouryon organization.
  • Leverage the Nouryon organization and team(s) to serve customers in the best way possible
  • Serve as the central resource for communications with the customer on new product developments in the Nouryon portfolio
  • Provide insights regarding quantities and qualitative developments by periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses

 

We believe you bring

 

  • Chemical sales position experience more than 3 years in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or similar backgrounds
  • Skill of own products know how.
  • Skill of good service to customers (included technical service)
  • Skill of good communication
  • Skill of good presentation
  • Physical strength (for business trip)
  • Ambitious (development new customers and new application area)
  • Business English skills (TOEIC more than 700)
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Driver’s license
