Sales Development Representative (9925):

In your future role as Sales Development Representative you will:

• Service existing accounts and seek new customers, focusing on both polymer and non-polymeric applications. Provide market insights to commercial management.
• Develop existing business relationships and manage pricing effectively.
• Expand customer base through prospecting and technical sales approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet budgetary goals.
• Conduct regular customer calls and follow up on leads promptly.

We believe you bring:

Language:

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (non-negotiable)

Education:

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering: No experience needed
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related fields: 1-3 years of experience in the specialty chemicals sector

Experience:

• Basic sales experience preferred
• Experience with clients in the polymers/specialty chemicals sector is a plus
• Comfortable with cold calling (strong preference)
• Must work onsite at Nouryon's Los Reyes plant at least 3 days per week and be open to visiting clients
