Functional Application Manager - Arkieva

About the Job 

In this role, you will be integral to maintaining and optimizing our Arkieva application suite, ensuring it supports our business objectives and aligns with IT strategies. 

In your future role as Functional Application Manager, you will 

• Application Management: Oversee the administration and performance of the Arkieva platform and related applications, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to technical and functional standards. 
• Demand and Project Support: Assist in the ideation and early stages of IM projects, influence stakeholders on the importance of application management, and support project handovers. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing application performance and cost efficiency. 
• Incident and Change Management: Manage and resolve application-related incidents, execute system changes, and maintain documentation. 
• Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes and end-users, and provide training and support to key users. 

We believe you bring 

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience: Extensive experience in IT, particularly in Planning domains. At least 2 years of experience with Arkieva or similar IBP software packages. 
• Experience in Modules: Modules: Demand,  Inventory, LTP, Supply and Authorization 
• Experience with the setup, administration and processes around IBP software packages. Experience at least with 1 package such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Arkieva, Anaplan, or comparable. 
• Technical Skills: Broad knowledge of Planning and Manufacturing domains, experience with business process modeling, and familiarity with IT standards such as ITIL and Cobit. 
• Language: Proficiency in English. 
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in system maintenance, configuration, or customizing are preferred. 

Great if you have 

• System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Arkieva planning software and familiarity with SAP ECC implementation projects. 
• Experience: Knowledge of the manufacturing or process industry and understanding of integration with planning processes such as sales, inventory, and production.
