FP&A Manager

About the job

Contribute to the success of Nouryon by executing top class performance management. Support ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Leadership and Finance team with actionable insights. Work with the finance team across the organization to drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis. Your team consists of 2 financial analysts as direct reports.

In your future role as “ FP&A Manager ” you will be responsible for;

• Performance reporting and analysis of actual results towards business and finance management.

• Ownership of functional cost reporting and functional controlling activities
• Assures reporting is compliant with company directives and IFRS

• Contributes to performance management and drives budget, latest views and forecast
• Drives continuous improvements in our financial planning and analysis processes, tools and insights

We believe you bring

• Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in Financial Analysis & Planning / Controlling
• Experience in manufacturing industry within a global multi-national organization

Great if you have

• Executive master’s in finance and Control / Register Controller is a pre
• Experience in the chemical industry

• Annual (gross) base salary (including holiday allowance) 105.000  EUR - 130.000 EUR. Based upon your experience.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Martin van Geenen, Director FP&A and based in Amsterdam.
