HRIT Lead

About the job

Unique role within our HR organization with a global impact.

In your future role as “ HR IT Lead” you will

• Manage and maintain Global HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address system requirements.
• Oversee data integrity, security and privacy within all of Nouryon’s HR systems

We believe you bring

• Degree in information technology
• Strong experience in HR IT administration, configuration, and support
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• In dept knowledge of HR IT platforms and technologies; SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, People doc.

Great if you have

• Experience with reporting and visualization tools

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Bill Goss, Director Global HR Operations and HR Information Technology and based in Amsterdam.
