About the job

 

In this role as Regional Raw Material Planner, you are responsible for management and maintenance of the supply plan to determine the lowest/most efficient source of raw material supply to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled as required for their responsible area that is approved through the Supply Management Review process. 

 

The role will focus on increasing the efficiency of the supply chain through targeted replenishment parameters and associated KPIs to ensure product is available to meet the sales plan, while minimizing operational costs and enhancing Customer Satisfaction.

 

In your future role as Regional Raw Material Planner, you will

 

  • Develop and provide suppliers with weekly/monthly supply plans.
  • Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with responsible Procurement Organization, effectively managing any exceptions with procurement forecasts
  • Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module
  • Performs Integrated Tactical Planning ITP) to drive tactical implementation of the approved plans together with Production, Procurement, and the Businesses. All Sites, RM Categories and Business Lines in Europe.
  • Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.

 

 

We believe you bring

 

  • A bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • A comprehensive understanding of supply chain and business processes is crucial.
  • The ability to analyse data, including mass cross-referencing, validation, trending, and forecasting, is vital.
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with SAP (or equivalent ERP system), Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) or Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software).
  • Highly proficient in Analytic Tools as Power BI and MS Office packages such as Excel, Access, and SharePoint
