We are looking to bring onboard an experienced HR professional to be based either in Gothenburg or in Amsterdam, a leader who will not only be representing our leadership capabilities Drives Performance, Serves Customers, Thinks Critically, Collaborates Proactively, Develops People but also drive the implementation of these across the organization!


In your future role as Global Talent Development Manager you will

  • Develop, implement, and manage global talent development programs that align with Nouryon’s strategic goals and leadership capabilities. 
  • Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our new succession planning process. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify and address talent development needs and take the lead on revamping and launching our leadership programs. 
  • Drive initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities, boost employee engagement, and improve retention.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning and development solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching, while continuously measuring and improving their effectiveness.
  • .. as our roles at Nouryon are broad you will be exposed to anything from making senior executive proposals on the future of Talent Development in Nouryon to work on the detailed mapping of mentoring programs and follow up on KPI’s.

 

We believe you bring

  • Proven experience in talent development, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and learning. 
  • Experience in designing and implementing succession planning and leadership programs.
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering various learning and development solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.


Great if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in driving talent development programs, from design to implementation and follow up.
  • A passion for making a difference

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Sandra Gillberg, VP Talent Management and will be based in our Gothenburg or Amsterdam office.
