About the job 


In this exiting role as Customs and Trade Specialist you will be a partner in the execution of the trade compliance program. This includes The trade-related requirements associated with the import/ and export of products in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures. You will be part of the maintenance of company procedures and provide operational information for Trade Compliance reporting and tracking purposes. You will be working closely with many stakeholders in our company in the end to end supply chain organization. You will interface with external parties as well.


 
In your future role as Customs and Trade specialist you will 


 
•    Import/ export documentation review, entry filing for Customs release, and coordination with logistics operation to ensure timely delivery
•    Maintain permissions, licences, permits and related tasks for import and export activities
•    Monitor Customs compliance & import/ export activities within the Swedish scope
•    Maintain SAP import commercial invoice data and track changes related to Customs declarations or new statistical HTS numbers
•    Serve as focal point for resolving custom issues, export/import clearance issues and back up other regions as needed 
•    Manage and track temporary imports for accurate Customs declarations
•    Coordinate Import declarations and Customs invoice approvals with Customs Broker
•    Coordinate special duty abatement programs such as Inward Processing and/or Bonded Warehouse transactions
 

We believe you bring


 
•    Good demonstrated import/export experience with emphasis on Import Customs regulations including extensive experience with customs clearance and other customs formalities
•    Extensive knowledge of import Government Agency processes
•    Experience with bonded warehouse and inward processing transactions
•    A bachelor degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar, or certification in customs work
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
•    Export compliance experience
•    Experience with AEO

 
Great if you have 


•    Experience with SAP, SAP GTS
