About the job

In this exiting planning role you will be globally responsible for the Business Line and be included in a team of four planners that supports different regions within our business Engineered Polymers. 

 
 
In your future role as network optimization planner you will 

be a project leader where you will analyze data (including mass cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting). You will collaborate with other stakeholders such as Technology, Procurement and Logistics to enable an efficient way forward. You will build strong relationships between functions that foster process excellence and a common drive towards KPI’s. You will implement improvement initiatives, globally or within the smaller team. 

The main responsibilities are: 
 
•    Develop and initiate changes to improve Key Processes and drive KPI to target
•    Drive improvements within the BL, both Nouryon improvements and internal improvements
•    Work cross functionally to establish trust between functions, and the common strive for excellence
•    Work within the Integrated Supply Chain to determine Variable Production Cost and Direct Selling Cost that help optimize the supply chain for the most efficient network design.
•    Build long term plan together with Marketing, Procurement, Technology, Production and Logistics
•    Determine the appropriate contingencies to properly mitigate risk within the overall supply chain that help to ensure supply reliability
 

We believe you bring

 
•    A University degree preferrable within the field of Supply Chain, Business Administration or Statistics 
•    Minimum 3 years experience from working within one of the Supply Chain functions, where Planning is preferred 
•    Good work experience from systems related to ERP, supply Chain, project management 

Great if you have 

•    CPIM certification
