About the job 

This is a key position where you represent the company and through your way of providing service help us make every day easier for our customers.

 

In your future role as Sales Support you will

 

  • Onboarding customers
  • Monitor sales agreements fulfilment
  • Pricing coordination incl rebates to implementation and optimization of work processes and systems as well as customer complains
  • Take an active part in the administration for example contracts, purchase requests and invoices
     

We believe you bring

 

  • Theoretical education, high school or college level. In the areas of economics, sales, trade, administration.
  • Minimum 3-year work experience in a relevant professional area.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good IT competence / experience regarding:
    • SAP
    • Microsoft Office tools
    • Ariba
    • Knowledge in CRM & RFA is a strong advantage
