The Role Nouryon Home and Personal Care is looking for an experienced individual to fill the Chelates Product Manager position across markets. Successful execution of this role requires thorough understanding of our product portfolio, our manufacturing footprint, market evolvement and supply chain, while using your business acumen to catalyze sales and EBITDA growth. In this role, you will create value by leading new product introductions, balancing supply and demand, introducing new supply capacity, optimizing resource consumption and more.
The preferred locations for the role are Amersfoort, NL or Switzerland, CH Your responsibilities
- Maximize EBITDA for chelates product line (P&L owner)
- Active member of the Global Product Management team
- Define the asset and product strategy for the chelates product portfolio
- Evaluate and ensure balance of key Raw material globally and regionally
- Set floor prices for chelates product portfolio
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for asset loading at times of low utilization
- Manage product allocations in period of demand greater than supply capability
- Partner with supply chain to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, appropriate inventory and support optimization options
- Support Asset project management Project and commercialization
- Responsible for IBP communications related to supply availability, utilization, and raw material cost
- Evaluate competitor cost curves and raw material positions
- Keep current with market trends, competition, and regulatory trends
- Identify internal and external options to augment supply chain
- Set capex priorities and approve capacity investment decisions
- Partner with R&D to develop product line extensions and minor product modifications
- Identify new customer needs and provide input for new product development

Job Requirements - A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business is required
- An MBA or Master’s education is a plus
- +6 years of relevant Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management or Finance experience
- Written and spoken fluency in English required
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural, global organization
- Communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Result driven orientation, problem solving ability and strong business acumen are required
- Project management capabilities and skills are required
