We are seeking a highly experienced Nouryon Electrical Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in electrical systems specifically within the Nouryon industry. This role will involve providing guidance, support, and technical expertise on all electrical aspects related to Nouryon processes, equipment, and facilities.

In your future role as Regional Electrical SME, you will 

• Provide expert technical guidance on electrical systems design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Nouryon facilities.
• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective electrical solutions for Nouryon projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Nouryon electrical systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and expertise with internal teams.
• Understand and help implement the Nouryon Safety policies and objectives.
• Be aware of potential health, safety, security, and environmental impacts in your area of responsibility and the consequences if an upset occurs.
• Understand and implement any parts of the Nouryon Electrical Compliance requirements that apply to your area of responsibility.
• Participate in the site's on-going Electrical Audits.

We believe you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering within the industry.
• Proven track record of serving as a subject matter expert in manufacturing electrical systems.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with power electrical systems
• Experience with high & medium voltage 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Expertise in SAP
• Proficient in analyzing data and trends
• Ability to manage time efficiently
