About the Job:

 

The Global HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology) Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and tools. This role serves as a pivotal bridge between HR and IM function, ensuring that HR technology solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization. The HRIT Manager is responsible for optimizing HRIS applications, supporting data integrity, and delivering insightful analytics.

 

 

In your future role as Global HRIT Manager you will:

 

HR System Management: 

  • Lead the deployment, enhancement, and support of HR software applications, including SuccessFactors, Kronos and other HR-related systems
  • Collaborate with HR, IM function, and vendors to ensure seamless functionality and integration of systems.

 

Data integrity and Security:

  • Ensure the accuracy and security of HR data within systems
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity

 

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights for HR and organizational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualize key HR metrics, and KPIs

 

Technical Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support for HR systems and address end-user issues
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and system users

 

Vendor Management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with HRIT vendors
  • Work with NPR team to negotiate contracts and manage service-level agreements (SLAs)

 

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of HRIT Specialists
  • Responsible for the HRIT team budget and costs

 


We believe you bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIT or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRCM).
  • Technical proficiency with HR systems and related software.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act as a change catalyst and analytical influencer.

 

 

Good to know:

 

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the VP of HR & MA.
