About the job:

We’re looking for a dynamic IM Hub Lead - SD Specialist to set up and lead our IT support center in Mexico City. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier business application services globally, with a focus on SAP (especially Sales & Distribution), Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft applications. You’ll ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and manage a team that supports critical applications across different regions. In your future role as IM Hub Lead - SD Specialist, you will:

• Be IM Hub lead in all recruitment efforts and collaborating with global hiring managers in IM
• Coordinate with HR and hiring team in AMER region to build high performance teams in Mexico City. Be the point of contact for all IM hiring requirements in Mexico
• Establish a fully operational global teams in Mexico as part of the global service delivery
• Work in a 24x7 environment to support global operations in AMER regions taking handover from APAC/EMEA team
• Take the lead on AMER operational support and own AMER region IM escalation Management. As Functional Application Manager, support SAP operations in AMS (Application Management Services)
• Work with IM leads globally in gathering requirements and coordinate between HR, recruitment team and hiring managers
• Oversee the management of projects, IM Services SLAs in AMER region
• Lead extensive collaboration and manage relationships with all stakeholders
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within all service delivery operations

We believe you bring:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (Required).
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field – or equivalent experience in IT leadership and enterprise applications.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in SAP (Sales & Distribution, Site Logistics, Transportation, etc.), Ariba, TMS, GTS, and Azure.
• Experience leading global IT teams and scaling operations in Mexico.
• Proven ability to develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of tech and application architecture trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to our IM Applications Manager in India.
