About the job:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced SAP Ariba Specialist to take charge of our SAP Ariba platform! If you have a strong background in Functional Application Management and love working in a dynamic environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. You'll be a key player in our IM Services Functional Application Support team, ensuring business continuity, IT professionalism, and user satisfaction.

In your future role as SAP Ariba Specialist you will:

• System Maintenance & Support: Ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on system health and production integrity.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application-related problems.
• User & Vendor Support: Act as the first point of escalation for third-party vendors and internal users.
• Process Compliance: Maintain proper documentation and align with IT policies.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support key users, create training materials, and organize sessions.
• On-Call Support: Be available for emergency situations as needed.
• Automation & Optimization: Implement improvements and streamline approval flows.
• Project Support: Assist in system changes, enhancements, and complex integrations.
• Managing and supporting SAP Ariba modules, including:
  • Strategic Sourcing: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Guided Buying, Ariba Buying, Commerce Automation
  • Ariba Network: Handling all documents, including electronic invoices
  • Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG): Basic support
• Overseeing related SAP modules like MM, PM, and basic FI & CO.
• Leading and supporting business projects, including change management.
• Administering SAP Ariba & Ariba Network and managing configuration tables in SAP ECC.
• Monitoring Ariba interfaces within SAP ECC.

We believe you bring:

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in SAP Ariba and related SAP modules.
• 7+ years of SAP Ariba experience and 12+ years of SAP experience.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, P2P, and Ariba Network.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP MM, PM, FI, and CO modules, with integration knowledge across business applications.
• Experience with IT frameworks like ITIL, Cobit, or CMM (certifications preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) (preferred).
• Experience with automation initiatives and seller integration systems (great to have).
• Certification in system maintenance, configuration, or customization (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude, dedicated to driving system performance and optimizing business processes.
• A team player who prioritizes delivering efficient and effective results while maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

• This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to our Delivery Manager.
