FP&A Manager

About the job

Contribute to the success of Nouryon by executing top class performance management.. Work with the finance team across the organization to drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis. 

In your future role as “ FP&A Manager ” you will be responsible for;

• Performance reporting and analysis of actual results towards business and finance management.
• Assures reporting is compliant with company directives and IFRS
• Contributes to performance management and drives budget, latest views and forecast
• Drives continuous improvements in our financial planning and analysis processes, tools and insights

We believe you bring

• Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in Financial Analysis & Planning / Controlling
• Experience in manufacturing industry within a global multi-national organization 

Great if you have

• Executive master’s in finance and Control / Register Controller is a pre
• Experience in the chemical industry

We offer you

You will have the chance to work with various international stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Our employment package comprises

• A permanent contract with a probationary period of 2 months.
• A gross basic annual salary including holiday allowance based on your knowledge and experience between EUR 75.000 and EUR 115.000.
• 25 vacation days + 10 leave days.
• An STI-bonus based on own kpi’s and company performance.
• Excellent pension scheme.

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Martin van Geenen, Director FP&A and based in Amsterdam.
