About the job:

As the Store Room Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting maintenance operations by overseeing the daily activities of our technical materials store. You will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance teams receive the necessary parts and materials accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to inventory management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

 
In your future role as Store Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring availability of parts and material to support maintenance execution
• Ensuring delivery of spare part kits as defined in work packages as per maintenance schedule timing
• Ensuring proper receipt and inspection of parts and materials
• Managing spare parts inventory effectively to optimize working capital and material availability; using the analysis tools, setting proper tactics and driving elimination of obsoletes.
• Interfacing with reliability engineer to identify material criticality and availability/lead time requirements
• Stocking replenishment with corresponding material certificates and documentation
• Executing cycle count
• Other duties and assignments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Understand and help implement the site’s Operating Policy, and HSSE goals and objectives.
• Supporting and participating in on-going HSSE improvement activities and committees.
• Being aware of potential health, safety, security and environmental impacts areas as well as your specific quality assurance responsibilities.
• Being familiar with sitewide document control, internal quality audits, corrective action, non-conforming product and record keeping procedures.
• Making sure employees under supervision, if applicable, are aware of and are adequately trained in quality procedures.

We believe you bring:

High school diploma
5-7 years of Warehouse and Materials experience in a plant setting
Able to read, write and communicate in English
Able to wear respirator if needed
Must be able to work in plant environment
Must be able to wear safety shoes, safety glasses and hard hat

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and located on-site in Pasadena, TX.
